“Limited edition.” “While supplies last.” “For a limited time only.”  We often see these tag lines on retail merchant goods, or marketing schemes, as a way to make them more desirable and sell faster. I wish young ladies today saw their hearts in the same way. Girls, listen up. Your love is not cheap.  It is not a dollar-store trinket. It’s not a rollback priced item at Walmart. Your affection is not to be discounted until it finds a buyer. You are a rare, limited edition. You’re a special edition – a unique treasure in all of God’s creation. Save your heart, and your body, for that special someone God has made especially for you. Please remember ladies, your irreplaceable value is what should entice a lover, not how easily accessible you are. Without that God-given value, you become a cut-rate, generic, transaction to anyone looking for a good deal, rather than the treasured possession of your soul-mate’s heart. True love is never cheap.
