Growing Down

Growing up is painful. Being an adult is not only hard, it often hurts as well. But, take a moment to ponder the alternative. What if we didn’t grow up, or worse, what if we started growing down – regressing back toward childhood? I think we probably all know individuals who have spiraled backward. Consider where they are in their lives, and I’m sure you’ll agree that growing up is better than growing down. Maturity is the goal of every living thing. It’s God’s wise design and loving plan for each of us.
